For this assignment I was inspired by Helena Chapellin Wilson. Her photos from the Mid West Photographers collection could be considered as the essence of nature and humans combined. The photos contain forested areas with the presence of mankind in each. Looking for an interesting venue to shoot some photos of nature I headed to the Kettle Moraine State Forest. I enjoyed the natural essence of Wilson's photos so I captured some of Wisconsin's beauty of season using Kodak Sensia 100. These were some of my personal favorites.

Once again, the photos are great. Color is perfect. The composition of the third and fourth are a bit odd, but maybe its simply because i dont know what they are. I really like the last image however. great job this week!
ReplyDeleteI think that numbers 3 and 4 are really interesting because of the depth of field... You can see bits of what they are - moss/grass/leaves - but just a hint... the rest is simply color/texture/form... makes for a really visually engaging image.
